I've only been a resident of Bakersfield for a couple of years, but I am (along
with my wife, Raylene) a fourth-generation native of California.  Both of us
have spent the majority of our lives within a half hour or less of the beaches
from Santa Monica to Ventura and for 20 years, lived in the Conejo Valley...
specifically, Westlake Village, California.

We owned two lots in Bear Valley Springs (Tehachapi) and built homes on
them in 2004-2007, expecting to use one as a getaway and sell the other...
That was until my wife was diagnosed at 53 with early-onset Alzheimer's in
March of 2005.  A month after I had bought her a new Infinity FX35 thinking
that the nice car might help pull her out of what we thought was stress on-
the-job.  The diagnosis changed our lives.

Most people believe that Alzheimer's is hereditary, and in some cases it
is, but more and more we are finding that there are two other factors that
play into the onset of Alzheimer's:  1) The Western diet, and 2) Toxins in
the Environmant.  We had the genetic tests done on her that showed that
her Alzzheimer's was not hereditary... in fact, she had the best gene
structure to fight Alzheimer's, so we took the gloves off and went into battle

That's what has led to my involvement in technology and health products
and a crash course of studies that has turned me from a computer nerd
into an authority on health, nutrition and the effects of environments toxins
