of Those we Love.”
 A time to honor and remember loved ones and friends who have
been a special part of our lives
“Light Up a Life Celebration” is a cherished tradition started twenty years ago.   Family members and donors are invited to sponsor a light in memory of a friend or loved one, or for someone living whom they wish to honor. For a gift of $10.00 a light will be placed on the tree in tribute to their loved one. To further honor them, a hospice ornament will hang on a Tree of Life and their name will be read during the ceremony.

The goal of the Optimal Hospice Foundation, a non profit agency is to ensure families have access to hospice care, regardless of their ability to pay and is there to fill the gap for families who are uninsured or whose insurance benefits have run out.
