Optimal Hospice Foundation Presents…
Walk and Remember

Saturday, May 22, 2010
8:00am to 12:00pm
Beach Park
Corner of Oak Street and Highway 178

Why Walk?

The Optimal Hospice Foundation is presenting the 1st Annual Walk and Remember for family and friends to gather to celebrate the lives of their loved ones. Funds raised at this event will benefit hospice patients in need of support and other Foundation sponsored programs such as Kid’s Camp - an innovative camp designed for young people who have experienced a loss.

Here’s what you need to know…

  • Ask family, friends, co-workers and neighbors to donate in memory of your loved one(s).
  • Walk the self-guided 1-mile track. Water & snacks provided.
  • Family-oriented event for all ages. Animals on a leash are welcome!
  • The lives will be honored by a butterfly release at 11:30am.
  • You can come for an hour or stay for the entire event, but please do come and celebrate with us.
